From now on this will always be my first stop! Bill worked with me to create a beautiful, one of a kind, custom ring. I came in with my stone, he listened carefully to my vision and together we designed the ring. First he showed me a digital rendering for my comments and approval, then made a wax model so I could see the size and scale and days later I was presented with a ring that was exceeded my expectations!I’ve had custom jewelery made at one of the two big Denver “emporiums” and after this experience at Andrew’s I’ll never do that again. The level of service, and turn around time at Andrew’s has opened my eyes eyes. Bill is very knowledgeable, has a unique selection of jewlery and stones and is just a delightful person. 5 ??!!!

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR JEWELRY. The sales associate nicked my fiancées engagement ring when they offered to clean it. Two visible, deep scratches are on the band that were not there to begin with (luckily we took engagement photos several days before and can prove the damage).Maybe they are more comfortable with lower karat gold, but I would highly advise against letting their sales associates handle anything of value.

Absolutely amazing!!! I went in to sell a few pieces of jewlery that I no longer wear, and the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend!!
